Fireplace & Structural Inspection

During our fireplace & structural inspection, we incorporate a 12-point checklist to ensure that all areas are properly inspected. We are specifically looking for safety hazards, as well as structural or operational problems. If we suspect that the way the fireplace was installed does not meet manufacturer instructions or building code requirements, we may recommend structural repairs or restoration.
